Royal Australian Navy’s Anzac class frigate HMAS Perth is being undocked following the completion of the docking phase of Intermediate Maintenance Availability (IMAV) in Henderson WA.

The works were conducted at the Australian Marine Complex Common User Facility and included major maintenance tasks on the ship’s underwater fittings and appendages as well as the ship’s hull recieving new antifoul coatings.

Production work will continue for several weeks post undocking as the ships crew and contractors set to work the ships systems in preparation for the ship to return to sea.
