Sri Lankan Navy Arrests Divers Collecting Conch Shells off Madagal

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Uththara of the Northern Naval Command arrested 15 divers who had been collecting conch shells in the seas off Madagal on 07^th March 2012.

They were handed over with 64 conch shells and 15 diving masks along with 02 FGDs used in the illegal act to Kankasanthurei Police for further investigations.
