As disclosed, ADSB partnered with Dynateq International (Dynateq), a provider of high-performance weaponry and defense systems, to integrate main and side gun systems onto ADSB’s RABDAN FA-400 fast attack vessel.

The RABDAN FA-400 is ADSB’s newest fast attack vessel, boasting 45 metres in length and designed to perform a range of territorial and coastal duties.

“This agreement with Dynateq enables us to arm the RABDAN FA-400 with robust, high-performance firepower, aligning with our objective of delivering superior vessels to both local and global customers. This partnership represents a strategic step in preparing our fleet to meet the complex challenges of today’s maritime environment,” David Massey, CEO of ADSB, said.

Furthermore, the firm entered into a strategic agreement with SIATT, a Brazilian specialist in smart weapons and advanced defense systems. The agreement formalizes the integration of the advanced MANSUP surface-to-surface missile (SSM) launcher onto ADSB’s vessel.

“By integrating SIATT’s advanced MANSUP missile launcher, we are enhancing the vessel’s strike capability, delivering a sophisticated and resilient platform tailored to meet the evolving demands of modern defence,” Massey added.

The latest contract regarding the equipment of the fast attack ship was inked with OSI Maritime Systems (OSI), a provider of integrated navigation and tactical solutions. The collaboration aims to integrate OSI Maritime’s integrated navigation bridge system into the existing warship systems and enhance naval operations across multiple warfare domains.

The contracts were signed at this year’s naval defense exhibition in Paris.

Last year, Abu Dhabi Ship Building received a contract to build fast patrol vessels for the Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA).
