KBR has been selected by the US Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) to install shore-based command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems at locations worldwide.
As informed, NAVWAR chose KBR as one of eight awardees on the Shore Global C4ISR Installations multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract which has a maximum ceiling of $986 million and includes an initial five-year base plus a five-year option.
Under the contract, KBR will perform se C4ISR maintenance, modernization and new system installation. These services can include decommissioning and modernization of existing shore facilities, program and project management, engineering designs and training as well as installation design and installation of integrated C4ISR systems.
