BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair received a $53,6 million modification to previously awarded contract for USS Milius (DDG 69) fiscal 2015 extended selected restricted availability.
An extended selected restricted availability includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, modernizations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship’s military and technical capabilities.
Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by December 2016.
The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
