During the Colombian warship’s recent port visit to Muscat, Oman, ARC 7 de Agosto welcomed officers from the Sultan Qaboos Naval Academy on board.
After being given a tour of the ship and meeting members of the Colombian crew, the Naval Academy officers expressed their appreciation of being invited on board.
ARC 7 de Agosto is currently deployed in the Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean conducting counter-piracy patrols in close collaboration with Operation Atalanta.
