The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109) arrived in Bar, Montenegro, for a scheduled port visit March 13.
This port visit serves to continue U.S. 6th Fleet efforts to build U.S.-Montenegrin interoperability as part of the Global Network of Navies which will improve maritime safety and security in the region.
While in port, USS Jason Dunham Commanding Officer Cmdr. Darren Dugan and the ship’s crew met with their Montenegrin navy counterparts, along with local officials and citizens of Bar.
