ESN Awarded US Naval Surface Warfare Center Contract

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, has hired Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN) for Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS).

The $13.5 million contract will deliver support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) in the Port Hueneme, CA, San Diego, and Norfolk, VA, areas for the development, modification, validation and delivery of CSOSS for all shipboard sensors, command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) and weapon systems.

The work will be performed in Hampton Roads, VA, San Diego, and Port Hueneme, CA.

The three-year contract, which includes a base year plus two one-year options, will see ESN provide analyses, technical and programmatic support, information coordination, product development, and maintenance of CSOSS for all Aegis and non-Aegis ship classes, U.S. Coast Guard WMSL and WPC cutters, and applicable shore facilities (AEGIS Ashore, USCG).
