The decommissioned survey and littoral warfare support ship HMNZS RESOLUTION has been sold and left Devonport Naval Base on Saturday, according to Royal New Zealand Navy’s social media.
The vessel, now names GEO RESOLUTION, is the latest addition to the fleet of the international maritime survey company EGS Group.
RESOLUTION (formerly USNS TENACIOUS) was bought from the US and commissioned in February 1997. It was decommissioned in April 2012.
