Raytheon Wins SM-1 Maintenance Deal

Raytheon Co., Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $36,5 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the repair and maintenance of the SM-1 standard missile for the governments of Taiwan, Spain, Turkey, Japan, France, Chile, Bahrain, Italy, and Poland, including core support and discrete tasking.

 

Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (60 percent); Camden, Arkansas (28 percent); McAlester, Oklahoma (2 percent); and various locations outside the continental United States (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in August 2019.

Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $1,470,932 are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland is the contracting activity.
