Boeing to Repair P-8A Mission System Components

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $44,9 million cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the repairs of 214 various mission system components on the P-8A aircraft.

 

Work will performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2016.

No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Fiscal 2014 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds will be obligated as delivery orders are issued.

No contract funds will expire before the end of the current fiscal year.

This contract was a sole source requirement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).

The NAVSUP Weapon System Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
