The Colombian Navy units, in coordination with the National Police, managed to seize 100 kilograms of cocaine that were transported on board a merchant vessel flag, named “Star Care”, which was bound for Central America and subsequently Europe.

The operation was carried out by the Coast Guard Station Turbo in coordination with the staff of the National Police of the municipality, who then coordinated intelligence efforts and managed to determine that the merchant ship was carrying illegal substances.
