Sri Lanka Navy Repatriates 24 Indian Fishermen

Sri Lanka Navy assisted the repatriation of 24 Indian fishermen on 26th June 2014.

 

They were handed over to the Indian Coast Guard Ship “Vishwast” at the International Maritime Boundary Line off Kankasanthurai.

Naval patrol craft attached to the Northern Naval Command were deployed for the humanitarian mission.
