Sri Lanka Navy Assists in Repatriation of Eight Indian Fishermen

The Sri Lanka Navy assisted in the repatriation of eight Indian fishermen and four fishing trawlers on 14th February 2014.

 

They were handed over to the Indian Coast Guard Ship “Aadesh” at the International Maritime Boundary Line off Kalpitiya.

Sri Lanka Navy Ship “Ranadeera” was deployed for the humanitarian mission.
