A six-member military delegation headed by Deputy Chief (Materials, Petrol, Oil and Lubricant) of the General Logistic Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Major General Zhu Cheng paid a courtesy call on Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy, Rear Admiral Jayantha Perera at the Naval Headquarters on 17th December 2013.
Director General Procurement and Services, Rear Admiral Sarath Dissanayake and Military, Naval and Air Attache attached to the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, Senior Colonel Li Chenglin were also present on the occasion. Mementos were exchanged as a gesture of goodwill after the meeting.
