Sri Lanka Navy Arrests 20 Indian Fishermen

SLNS Udara attached to the Northern Naval Command and Sri Lanka Coast Guard on routine patrol arrested 20 Indian Fishermen and 5 trawlers engaged in illegal fishing in the seas north of Analathivu on 21st November 2013.

The arrested persons were handed over to the Assistance Director of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Jaffna for legal actions
