ST-367 ‘Cabo de Horno’ was recently delivered from Asmar Shipbuilding in Talcahuano, Chile to the Chilean Navy.

The vessel is a 74 m long Fishery and Oceanographic Research vessel, built and outfitted for fishery and oceanographic research operation in the Chilean waters. The vessel is built to the ICES 209 noise standard, which implies very low underwater noise-radiation.

The ST-367 design is developed on the basis of the company’s long and wide experience in design of multifunctional, noise-reduced research vessels, and represents the very latest features and technology available for this type of vessel.
