Sri Lanka: Naval Institutions at NRSC Vakarai, ND Batticaloa Declared Open

Naval institutions at Naval Regional Security Centre (NRSC) in Vakarai and Naval Deployment Batticaloa of the Eastern Naval Command were declared open on 04th April 2013 under the patronage of Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Rohan Amarasinghe.

Senior Naval officers, Army and Police personnel in the area were also present on the occasion.
