Lockheed Martin to Brief Media on Key Navy Programs1

Lockheed Martin will conduct a series of media briefings on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Surface Navy Association (SNA) 25th National Symposium in Arlington, Va., the company announced.

Lockheed Martin’s Mission Systems and Training (MST) business development vice president Michelle Evans will lead the briefing, which will feature updates on key Navy programs.

The 25th National Symposium will take place from January 15-17, 2013. This symposium brings together military, government and industry to highlight the US Surface Navy Warriors currently serving, those that have served, and those that will serve in the future.

Lockheed Martin has a long legacy of providing innovative naval systems for the United States and its allies. The Aegis combat system, the MK 41 Vertical Launching System and the SPY-1 radar helped revolutionize how world navies conduct operations across the seven seas.

The briefings will take place in the Hyatt Regency Crystal City’s Fairfax Room beginning at 10:00 a.m.
