Sri Lanka Navy rescued 6 Sri Lankan fishermen who were drifting onboard a multi-day fishing trawler 60 nautical miles off Batticaloa on 26th November 2012. The trawler named “Buddhima” which had developed an engine defect was towed to Trincomalee by P 450 with the assistance of SLNS Udara and P 483
