Naval troops attached to SLNS Vijaya of the North-western Naval Command on information received apprehended 111 illegal fishing nets in the general areas of Palliwasal Thurai,Mandalkuda and Kuringipiti on 25rd October 2012. The arrested items were handed over to Puttlam Assistant Fisheries Director
Naval troops attached to SLNS Vijaya of the North-western Naval Command on information received apprehended 111 illegal fishing nets in the general areas of Palliwasal Thurai,Mandalkuda and Kuringipiti on 25rd October 2012.
The arrested items were handed over to Puttlam Assistant Fisheries Director for further investigations.
