HMS Richmond Hosts Affiliates’ Day in Portsmouth

HMS Richmond’s Ship’s Company were honoured to host an Affiliates’ Day in Portsmouth, proudly demonstrating the significant upgrades to the ship installed during the recent upkeep period in September.

HMS Richmond is immensely proud of her many affiliations both in the London Borough of Richmond and in Richmond, North Yorkshire.

Representatives from the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers, the Company of Mercers, Grocers and Haberdashers of Richmond, TS Goodwin Sea Cadets, Taunton School CCF and Surrey Golf Club all attended.

Following a welcome address from the Captain and a capability brief, the affiliates enjoyed a comprehensive programme including tours, demonstrations and lunch in the Wardroom.
