The conference took place in Astrakhan on Feb 25.

In total, 55 surface ships of the flotilla have been repaired and modernized through 2011. The year-long contract was tied with Astrakhan Ship-repair Plant (affiliate of Zvezdochka ); the plant has already started maintenance works on CF ships.
