Image of the Day: Setting Up Emergency Crash Barricade

Air department Sailors stretch out the emergency crash barricade on the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) during a general quarters drill.

The operation was conducted on May 6 in Portsmouth, Va.

Harry S. Truman is undergoing a condensed incremental availability period at Norfolk Naval Shipyard while training and acquiring certifications required for its upcoming deployment.
