Embarked Navy personnel conduct a small-arms weapons familiarization course utilizing the M-240B machine gun on March 23, 2015.

The operation was conducted aboard the Military Sealift Command’s joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) in the Gulf of Guinea.

Spearhead is on a scheduled deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of the international collaborative capacity-building program Africa Partnership Station.
