The amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) makes its approach for an underway replenishment while in the Persian Gulf, on February 22. The vessel met with the amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) and the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USS Walter S.

The amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) makes its approach for an underway replenishment while in the Persian Gulf, on February 22.

The vessel met with the amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) and the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO 193).

New York, part of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group, is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
